The realme Buds T110 is an entry-level pair of truly wireless earbuds built around a 10mm dynamic bass driver, AI ENC (environmental noise cancellation) for calls, Bluetooth 5.4 and a claimed 38 hours of total playback with the case. If you want a dependable first pair of TWS earbuds for music, calls and casual mobile gaming, and you do not need active noise cancellation, it is a sensible choice. If you need outside noise blocked on a loud commute, look at an ANC model instead.
realme launched the Buds T110 in India in April 2024 in Country Green, Punk Black and Jazz Blue. The Amazon.in link in this article opens the Punk Black listing (checked on 17 October 2026, in stock).
A note on how this article was written: this is not a hands-on review. It is based on realme’s official product information, retailer spec sheets and published coverage, all checked on 17 October 2026. Real-world impressions are credited to the publication they came from.

Design, fit and build
The Buds T110 uses an in-ear design with silicone ear tips, a two-tone finish and touch controls on each bud. FoneArena lists each earbud at 4.09g and the charging case at 33.68g. Light buds put less pressure on the ear during long calls or lectures.
The case is plastic, and Croma’s listing describes the box as containing the earbuds, the charging case, a charging cable, spare ear tips, a user manual and a warranty card. REVU Philippines, which reviewed a green unit hands-on, described the case as light and sturdy, with magnets that hold the buds in place, and said it expected most people to get a secure fit from the small, medium and large tip options. Try all three sizes before judging the bass, because a loose seal makes any earbud sound thin.
The IPX5 rating covers sweat and light rain, not swimming or showers, and it does not cover dust.
Sound: what the 10mm driver and EQ presets mean for you
The T110 uses a single 10mm dynamic driver per earbud. That is a common size in this segment, and realme tunes it as a “bass driver”, which suits Bollywood, hip-hop and EDM listeners.
Through the realme Link app, FoneArena reports three EQ presets: Bright, Balanced and Bass Boost+. REVU Philippines said the drivers delivered a surprising punch for the price, while noting that the bass-boost preset may feel overpowering for some listeners. Start with Balanced, use Bright for podcasts, and save Bass Boost+ for bass-heavy tracks.
There is also a Volume Enhancer mode that, according to FoneArena, raises the maximum output from 97dB to 102dB (±2). Use it sparingly: without ANC, it is tempting to crank the volume over traffic, which is hard on your hearing. realme’s 38-hour battery figure is measured with it switched off.
On codecs, FoneArena lists AAC. That works well with iPhones and most Android phones. There is no LDAC or LHDC, which is normal at this level.
Calls: AI ENC is not the same as ANC
AI ENC on the realme Buds T110 works on the microphones during calls. It separates your voice from traffic and chatter so the other person hears you more clearly. It does not reduce the noise you hear in your own ears.
REVU Philippines described call quality as clear in its testing and made the same point: the noise reduction is for calls, not active noise cancellation. ENC is useful for calls from a market or busy office, but if you want silence while listening to music, you need ANC.
Battery life and charging
realme claims up to 38 hours of total playback with the charging case. The Croma listing and REVU Philippines both give about 7 hours for the earbuds alone on a single charge. FoneArena lists a 40mAh battery in each bud and a 460mAh battery in the case.
Seven hours per charge covers a long workday of on-and-off listening, and the case refills the buds several times. Brand claims are measured under controlled conditions, so higher volume, Volume Enhancer and gaming mode will bring the real figure down. REVU Philippines specifically noted that the low-latency mode drains the battery faster.
According to FoneArena and Croma, a 10-minute charge gives up to 120 minutes of playback, which is enough for a commute if you forget to charge overnight. Charging is via USB Type-C, and there is no wireless charging.
Connectivity, gaming mode and app features
Bluetooth 5.4 is a recent version for budget earbuds. It generally helps connection stability and power efficiency, though range still depends on walls and interference. Google Fast Pair, mentioned in the Amazon listing title, lets a compatible Android phone show a pop-up to pair the buds when you open the case.
The gaming mode cuts latency to a claimed 88ms. That keeps footsteps and gunshots closer in sync with the screen in games like BGMI. FoneArena notes that this mode is not supported on iOS, and REVU Philippines says it works only with Android.
The realme Link app, listed on realme’s India page, lets you customise touch controls, switch EQ presets and install firmware updates. REVU Philippines found the touch controls accurate and intuitive.

- Students and office workers who take frequent calls and want clearer voice pickup in noisy places
- First-time TWS buyers who value Google Fast Pair, an app and USB-C charging over premium extras

- iPhone users who mainly want the low-latency gaming mode, since it is not supported on iOS
- Listeners who want hi-res codecs such as LDAC

It is rated IPX5, which means splash and sweat resistant, not waterproof.
Which Bluetooth version does the realme Buds T110 use?
The realme Buds T110 uses Bluetooth 5.4, according to the Croma spec sheet, FoneArena’s launch report and REVU Philippines.
What is the difference between the realme Buds T110 and Buds T310?

Final thoughts
The realme Buds T110 does the basics well on paper: a light design, a 10mm bass driver with simple EQ presets, AI ENC for calls, Bluetooth 5.4, Google Fast Pair, IPX5 and a strong 38-hour total battery claim with useful fast charging. The trade-offs are no ANC and no gaming mode on iPhone. If those do not bother you, it is an easy everyday pair.
